This hour-long training walks new hires through Tampa Bay Watch's history, programs, policies, procedures and more. New hires will experience Tampa Bay Watches welcoming atmosphere, mission and branding on day one of employment.
Solution: The course contains three modules. The first module is a journey through the organization with interactive maps describing the various programs run by the organization. The next two modules follow two hypothetical employee’s, using story based and interactive learning to cover the basic policies and safety procedures. The elearning course was developed in Lectora and Canva pro, adhering to all brand guidelines.
Results: All in all, this eLearning experience should be the standard for new hires in the non-profit industry in order to save time and money while ensuring new hires gain adequate understanding of the organization's mission and policies.
